On first contact (whether by phone or email), there will be a number of questions about you, how you like to work, your business and the tasks to be completed. This will make sure that we can meet your requirements and timelines and that the finished project more than meets your expectations.

 

The following list covers the most popular document packages that are used in the services offered;

• HubSpot – Marketing CRM software

This is not an exhaustive list, as you may have your own CRM or programs/technologies that you use in your business, which we will be more than happy to use, with instruction from yourself.

Training or guidance from you may be required if you have preferences on the processing of tasks. This may be as simple as a document with instructions, or an in-depth Zoom conversation.

With the use of Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox file sharing easy and we can work in real-time on the same documents. Emailing documents creates the chance of duplicate documents, so this method is of document sharing is not recommended. However, if you have another file sharing program of your choice, we are happy to learn that with your guidance.

 

The Not-So Fine Print

Any additional costs incurred, not included in the original proposal (i.e. specific stationery) will be added to your invoice.

We have 7 day payment terms. Our core hours are 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Anything outside that can be negotiated. We’re pretty flexible.

A confidentiality agreement is part of our Service Agreement. It protects all parties and is required before commencing our work together.
